Only Authorised Representatives and Members can contact Helpers and Community Managers directly. Contact details are not visible to Sharers.
You can access your helper's details through the Five Good Friends iPhone app or through your browser.
- Scroll through the schedule until you find the visit with the helper you would like to contact. Tap on the visit details.
- The helper name, photo and phone number will be visible under the Your Helper label. Tap the phone number to call the Helper. The Community Managers details are also available in this view.
