Support at Home offers three groups of services: clinical supports, independence and everyday living.
Clinical supports include nursing care, allied health, nutrition, care management, and restorative care management.
Independence covers personal care, social support and community engagement, respite, therapeutic services for independent living, transport, and assistive technology and home modifications.
Everyday living includes domestic assistance, home maintenance and repairs, and meals.
