One of the big changes that comes with Consumer Directed Care as of February 27, is that Approved Providers no longer own the Government Funded Packages, the individual does. All Packages are portable and you can choose whichever Provider you feel best meets your needs. If you have difficulty woking through this with your current Provider you should contact My Aged Care or talk to another Provider to get help.
