Activating your Five Good Friends account on the app

When you are added to Five Good Friends you will receive a email inviting you to activate your account.

What the app does for you:

  • Through Helper notes, it monitors your wellbeing and spots potential issues early

  • Keeps your family connected and informed

  • Reduces paperwork so your team can focus on you

  • Assists the team in delivering personalised care that adapts to your needs

What you can do in the app:

  • See your visit schedule and who’s coming

  • View your billing history, download your invoices and statements

  • Access your help plan and approved budget

  • Message your Helpers and care team directly

  • Allow family and/or friends to access to your membership

Getting started with the app:

  1. Search "Five Good Friends" in your app store (App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android)

  1. Download and install the app

  1. Use your email invitation to activate your account

  1. Log in with your email and password

Family/ friends access: Listed authorised representatives or sharers can view your account. Call us to set this up.
