When your devices is lost or stolen, it's important to contact us to secure your account – to protect the privacy of Members & Helpers.

Please contact us immediately and we will secure the account so that device can no longer be used to access Five Good Friends. 

Please get in touch by doing one of the following:

  1. Call us on 1300 787 581

  2. Click the chat icon in the bottom left of the screen. 

  3. Emailing the support team at [email protected]

To protect the privacy of our Members and Helpers, it's important that all devices that have access to a Five Good Friends account are secured with a password.
