It is essential that you check in and out for each visit to ensure we provide the visibility into the home, are able to correctly invoice the Member and make the payment to you on their behalf. Member's families have peace of mind from seeing a visit in progress and if a visit doesn't progress as expected it alerts us to an issue nice and early.
To achieve this it is important you always have your phone with you, with sufficient charge, in good working order and with credit / data to allow you to send messages if required. This is your responsibility. If there is no reception during the visit them please check in and out as soon as you have reception.
Given the nature of the information you have in the App and potentially contained in text messages it is mandatory that you ensure your phone is passcode protected at all times.
