It’s important to be aware that some Members have fixed budgets (both private and government funded), may not have resources for additional hours or visits. It’s important that the Members recourses are closely managed in alignment with the Help Plan to allow them to receive ongoing support.

As a Five Good Friends Helper, it’s your responsibility to assist the Community Manager with the effective and responsible utilisation of Members resources. If you feel that additional services are needed, it’s important that you let the Community Manager know so they can review the circumstances and see if the level of support can be increased.
